CANCELLATION / REFUND
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sales on the supply of the following Products:
(i) Products made to consumer specifications or personalized products: this applies to all orders of financier, chouquette and pastries.
(ii) Fresh and perishable products such as financiers, chouquettes and pastries.
(iii) Products opened by the Customer after delivery and which cannot be taken back for reasons of food safety and health.
12 hours notice is required for all orders of pastries. Orders placed for delivery within a period of less than 12 hours are final.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
