PROCESSING TIMES

It is hereby stated that all orders placed through the online platform of Ô Petit Chef shall be processed within a period of two business days, excluding weekends and holidays, following the receipt of the order confirmation email. A subsequent notification regarding the status of the order, either for delivery or pickup, shall be sent to the customer.

Ô Petit Chef shall not be held liable for any delays in the processing of orders due to high volume of orders received or any supplier service issues that are beyond its control. In such circumstances, the customer shall be notified accordingly.

 

PICKUP

Customers may opt for local pickup at any of the popup locations detailed in the checkout process. No shipping or delivery fees shall be applied for local pickup orders. An email shall be sent to the customer with instructions and confirmation of the order readiness for pickup.

The opening times for the popup locations are indicated in the checkout process. The customer must present their order confirmation email upon pickup.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Ô Petit Chef does not offer shipping and delivery services for its pastries. This policy is in place due to the fact that Ô Petit Chef cannot ensure the same quality and experience for its customers as those received through pickup locations.
